One Lincoln is a 36-story office tower in Boston's Financial District which was built for $350 million and opened in 2003. It is now called the State Street Financial Center as State Street Bank took a long term lease on the entire building. Dr. Hart was among those who concieved of this unique development plan.

Renaissance Park is a 9-story office building built next to the Ruggles MBTA station in Roxbury, MA. The building is now owned by Northeastern University. Dr. Hart's development team brought together minority real estate developers in an effort to bring downtown real estate prosperity to a needy neighborhood where they had been previously overlooked.
